OK, now that we are pretty clear how the first question works, here is an alternative question that is very similar in function. When you are joking around with people, are you comfortable being the center of attention, telling your joke to everybody, or are you more comfortable being silly in one-on-one situations? The reason that "Authority" and the "Joker" are related is because they both speak to the "Child" in others. Once again, when we combine your answer with what sex you are, we can tell if you are a dreamer or a stalker. Here are the answer combinations:

1. Male, "Loud Joker" = Stalker
2. Female, "Quiet Joker" = Stalker
3. Male, "Quiet Joker" = Dreamer
4. Female, "Loud Joker" = Dreamer

I always referred to this system of mine as "Transactional Typology," but Transactional Taxonomy" may be just as accurate a name, as the model describes over 1 million types of people, all of which are either Dreamers or Stalkers though. When talking about a million different types of personalities, the best use for the technology is not for psychology or marketing, but actually for refining artificial intelligence. The core structure is actually easy to create with most relational databases, the hard part is making a computer talk in such a way that you would know when it was:
  1. voicing an opinion
  2. responding as a child
  3. speaking as an authority
  4. joking around
  5. relating factual data
  6. taking an ethical position
What the computer said, actually, even what a person might say specifically, is unimportant here, it is how they say it that counts. For example, when people voice an opinion, they can do it one of 4 basic ways: 1. Express their opinion as their "two cents worth." 2. Express their opinion as an agreement with someone else's opinion. 3. Express their opinion authoritatively, as if it was the "last word." 4. Express their opinion as a joke, making light of it. All of these choices are just as effective for getting somebody's point across, there is no "right" or better way to talk. Because opinions are not facts, how factual somebody's opinion is does not matter. A factual conversation only involves actual data, like, I have $25.07 in my pocket, it does not incorporate an opinion. So, if all your AI program did was speak opinions, you would program it to lean towards one of the four options of how to do it, most of the time, it would therefore have one of four personality types. If you gave it a sex and found a way for it to convincingly hog attention or retreat from it, then your AI would have one of 16 personality types. And so on and so forth. Without a highly advanced speech mechanism for the AI, this would be impossible of course.
